What the Calendar shows
Every event you add in Events appears on its date automatically. You never enter the same event twice. Saved Moments, new community uploads and your tasks appear on their dates too.
Month, Week and Day
- Month
- See the whole month at a glance.
- Week
- Plan the next few days of photos.
- Day
- Focus on one day and everything attached to it.
The colors on events
- Green
- Tagged and documented. Photos are linked and people are named.
- Yellow
- Needs tags or details. Some photos are missing names or What / Where notes.
- Red
- No linked memories yet. Add a Moment or Story when you are ready.
Tasks
Use Add a task for reminders like “Gather club photos by Friday.” Click a day to see its events, uploads and tasks in the side panel. Next step: find your next event and add one reminder.
If something isn’t working
- My event is not on the Calendar.
- Check its date in Events. The Calendar shows each event on the day you saved.
- An event shows on several days.
- Open the event and clear its end date unless it really runs across several days.
