Every Student Remembered.

Account & Login

Signing in, resetting a password, and keeping your account safe.

Two ways to sign in

Email and password
The classic way. You confirm your email when you create your account, and you’re set.
Continue with Google
One choice, no password to remember. Uses the Google account you already have.

If you forget your password

  1. Choose Sign in, then Forgot password.
  2. Enter your email and choose Send my reset link.
  3. Open the email we send and choose the secure link inside.
  4. Enter a new password, and you’re back in your yearbook.

The link works once and expires after a while. That’s what keeps your account safe. If it has expired, ask for a new one.

Keeping your account safe

One advisor, one account
Your account holds private records and private photos. Don’t share your sign-in.
Confirm your email
Confirmation keeps your reset links and thank-you notes reaching you.
Change your password anytime
You can set a new password from the reset link whenever you like.

Your first visit

After your first sign-in, a short guided setup walks you through each step: students, staff, events, and more. Progress saves as you go. You can revisit any part of setup later from Settings.

If something isn’t working

I didn’t get the reset email.
Check spam or promotions first. School filters sometimes hold new emails for a few minutes, then release them.
My reset link doesn’t work.
Each link works once. Choose Forgot password again for a fresh link.
Continue with Google isn’t working.
Make sure you’re choosing the same Google account you signed up with. A different account creates a separate sign-in.
I’m signed out every time I return.
