How the pieces connect

  1. Everything on the dashboard is a doorway. Choose any item and it takes you straight to the page where you can act on it.
  2. Reminders here match the full Alerts page — nothing is counted twice and nothing is hidden.
  3. When your community uploads a photo, it appears here as soon as it arrives, and waits privately for your review.

Making it yours

The dashboard follows your school. It grows more useful as you add students, events, and photos. There’s nothing to configure.

If it feels quiet

A nearly empty dashboard is normal at the start of the year. Add your roster and your first event, and the page begins to fill in.

If something isn’t working

The dashboard looks empty.
Add names in Students, import a roster in Settings, and add an event or two on the Calendar. The dashboard fills in from what you create.
A reminder won’t go away.
Open it — it leads to the page where you can resolve it. Alerts clear as soon as the underlying item is handled.
Numbers seem out of date.
Refresh the page. Coverage and uploads update as soon as photos are saved and tagged.
