Every Student Remembered.
Getting Started
A first look at The Yearbook and the steps to begin.
Does The Yearbook App create or print our yearbook?
No. The Yearbook App is a workspace for collecting, reviewing and organizing photos, stories and school information. We do not create a yearbook for your school. We do not provide desktop publishing, page layout, book publishing, printing, binding or delivery. You decide which submitted or uploaded materials to use and how to use them, whether for your school-year yearbook or another school project, subject to contributor permissions, school policies and applicable law. If you choose to make a yearbook, you use your own layout tools and your own printing company. Uploading, approving or saving material here does not place it in a finished book or publish it.
Welcome.
The Yearbook was made for advisors who want every student in the book. You can set everything up yourself, one step at a time. Nothing to schedule, no one to call.
What The Yearbook is
A workspace for your school year. You collect photos, tag the students in them, and see who has appeared so far and who hasn’t.
How to sign in
- Open The Yearbook and choose Sign in.
- Enter your school email and password, or choose Continue with Google.
- New here? Choose Create account and confirm the email we send you.
- Your first visit walks you through a short setup. Progress saves as you go, so you can stop and come back anytime.
How to upload photos
- Choose New entry (or Begin on the Moments page).
- Add a photo and a short title.
- Fill in What, Where and When if you know them — they’re optional.
- Save. Your photo stays private to your account.
Families and staff can send photos through your Community Uploads link. Their photos wait privately for your review.
How to tag students
- Open a photo.
- Choose the students you recognize from your roster.
- Save. Each tagged student now counts toward their coverage.
Finding your way around
- Yearbook Home
- Your starting point: progress, upcoming events, and reminders.
- Calendar
- Your school year at a glance, with events and photo dates.
- Moments
- Everyday photos and memories.
- Students
- Your roster: names, grades and saved appearances. Import a whole roster in Settings.
- Coverage
- Who has appeared so far, and who hasn’t.
- Alerts
- Reminders about students, events, and deadlines.
One step at a time
You don’t have to do it all today. Every photo you add and every name you tag brings a student into the book.
If something isn’t working
- I didn’t get a confirmation email.
- Check your spam or promotions folder. School filters sometimes hold new emails for a few minutes.
- I forgot my password.
- Choose Sign in, then Forgot password, and follow the link we send you.
- I only see the setup screens.
- That’s expected the first time. Finish each step and the full workspace opens. Back keeps everything you’ve entered.
