Does The Yearbook App create or print our yearbook?

No. The Yearbook App is a workspace for collecting, reviewing and organizing photos, stories and school information. We do not create a yearbook for your school. We do not provide desktop publishing, page layout, book publishing, printing, binding or delivery. You decide which submitted or uploaded materials to use and how to use them, whether for your school-year yearbook or another school project, subject to contributor permissions, school policies and applicable law. If you choose to make a yearbook, you use your own layout tools and your own printing company. Uploading, approving or saving material here does not place it in a finished book or publish it.

The short answer

One flat School-Year License per school: High School $999, Junior High $499, covering your school’s full academic year. Join partway through the year and the price is pro-rated for the time remaining. Prefer monthly? $109 a month for High School or $55 a month for Junior High, one month at a time during your school’s active year. Not per student, not per photo, not per module.

Families, staff and photographers can send photos at no cost to them, ever.

Why pricing works this way

A flat school rate means the size of your school never decides who gets remembered. Small schools and large ones pay for the same thing: the promise that every student is remembered.

Common questions

Do families pay?

No. Families upload photos free, always.

Is there a per-student fee?

No. One rate covers your whole school community.

When does it renew?

Only School-Year Licenses renew automatically, at the start of the next school year. You will receive a reminder well before your card is charged. Monthly plans pause at the end of your active year instead. No refunds for partial school-year usage.

Is sales tax included?

Prices shown do not include tax. Sales tax may be added at checkout depending on your school’s location, so your receipt can be a little higher than the listed price.

What can we export?

Coverage has a spreadsheet download. Settings offers Download my yearbook data for a copy of your records, and Download all photos for one ZIP file of every photo. These are not designed pages, print-ready files or a finished book.
