Every Student Remembered.
Alerts
Reminders about students, events, and deadlines, with a clear next step for each.
What alerts are
Alerts point out the people and days that could use attention. Every alert can be clicked, and it takes you straight to where you can resolve it.
The colors
- Green
- All good. Nothing needs you here.
- Yellow
- Worth a look soon.
- Red
- Start here first.
Student alerts
- Not seen yet (red)
- This student isn’t in any photos yet. Ask a teacher or coach who knows them, or tag them in an existing photo.
- Getting there (yellow)
- This student is in some photos, but fewer than your photo goal. Look for them in small clubs and classrooms.
Event alerts
- No photos (red)
- A past event has no photos linked to it. Share an upload reminder with families, or link existing photos to the event.
- No students tagged (yellow)
- An event has photos but nobody is tagged. Open the photos and tag the students you recognize.
Deadline alerts
- Missed (red)
- A calendar task is past its date. Finish it, or move the date to something realistic.
- Coming up (yellow)
- A task is due within the next 7 days. Open the Calendar and plan a small next step.
How alerts keep you on track
You don’t need to keep a list in your head. Alerts watch for gaps so you can spend your energy on people. Clear one at a time, red first.
If something isn’t working
- There are too many alerts.
- That’s normal early in the year. Start with one red student alert, or adjust your photo goal on the Alerts page.
- An alert didn’t go away.
- Make sure the photo was saved with the student tagged, or the task was marked done. Alerts update right away.
- I want a different photo goal.
- Change the number at the top of the Alerts page. Any goal from 1 to 50 works.
